Easy. Make an image that is exactly 770 pixels wide, and between 60-100 pixels high, do whatever you want in it, save it as a GIF image (you can use JPG, but the quality will be degraded in JPG), go into "my account", and under "user images", there will be "user page header". Click it, upload the image, and boom. You have a header.
